CuraFlo® helps property owners and managers avoid a water crisis by assessing their pipe problem and offering one or more of several solutions that will remedy their problems with deteriorating pipes and plumbing systems.
CuraFlo offers innovative technologies and proprietary processes for epoxy lining of pipes. Our epoxy pipe lining solution is unique and superior among the industry competition. Our CuraPoxy® epoxy -unmatched in the industry, is used with copper, galvanized steel, lead, cement and cast iron pipes. It is certified by IAPMO (International Association of Plumbing and Mechanical Officials) for commercial hot water, the highest standard established for potable water. It has a cure time of only five hours, which enables us to provide a speedy return to service.
CuraPoxy is applied with two proven proprietary processes: The CuraFlo Engineered Flow Lining System® is for smaller diameter pipes (1/2” – 4” diameter) typically found in homes and buildings; and the CuraFlo Spincast System™ for larger diameter pipes (3” – 36” diameter) such as water mains and fire lines that are often buried underground. Both processes have been perfected over time and proven in hundreds of projects. Technicians go through rigorous training which includes both classroom and field experience before they are certified. Whether it be deteriorated water mains underground, or failing plumbing systems in a house, apartment, condominium, or other building, CuraFlo’s epoxy pipe lining service can restore pipes so that they perform like new. Epoxy pipe lining is an effective alternative to pipe replacement, and pipes restored with CuraFlo’s epoxy lining can gain an additional service life of 50 years or more.
