| D-A-S founded in 1986 as a family owned and operated commercial construction company by John A. Pumper, along with the support of his wife Anna and sons Steven and Daniel, D-A-S has grown to become one of Northeast Ohio’s most recognized and respected commercial construction companies.
Over the past two decades D-A-S has established a history of successfully serving the needs of our clients in the construction and construction management of projects ranging in size, price, and discipline from corporate office facilities, financial institutions, healthcare facilities, hospitals, clinics, hotels, condominiums, retail locations, restaurants and apartments complexes.
D-A-S employs the latest proven office technology combined with innovative workflow methods to estimate and produce a project. D-A-S also houses its own on-site customized cabinetry and millwork production center with the latest equipment and technology to further meet the needs of clients. Employing a full time carpentry staff allows D-A-S to better manage the budget, scheduling and quality of the projects we undertake.
